Terms of Service
Memry is a serious product system, not a promise of perfect automation
These Terms explain who can use Memry, what users may forward into it, how subscriptions renew, and where the limits of the service and AI output are.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Memry. Household owner accounts may invite up to the seat limit allowed by the active plan, and invited household members may access the same shared workspace through their own accounts. Credentials may not be shared in ways that bypass the product’s intended access model.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs through your account or the household forwarding alias connected to your membership.
Forwarded content and acceptable use
You may only forward email and attachments into Memry if you have the right to share that content with the service. You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and sensitivity of material you forward.
You may not use Memry to violate laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, transmit malware, test abusive automation, or interfere with the service or other users.
AI features and important limits
Memry uses automated processing to generate summaries, tasks, categories, and event suggestions. Those outputs can be wrong, incomplete, late, or ambiguous.
Memry is not medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or an emergency service. Do not rely on the product as your sole source of truth for time-sensitive, safety-critical, or legally significant decisions.
Users are expected to review extracted dates, action items, and uncertain output before acting on them.
Subscriptions
Paid plans may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. If you subscribe on the web, Stripe is the provider of record for checkout, billing, and billing-portal management.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel through the billing provider of record before the next billing date. Canceling stops future renewals but generally does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where Memry expressly offers a refund. Memry may change pricing or plan structure on a forward-looking basis with notice.
If purchases are later offered through a mobile app store, that store will control the purchase flow, renewals, and cancellation path for those subscriptions.
Suspension and termination
Memry may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if use creates legal or security risk, if billing obligations are not met, or if continued service is no longer commercially or technically feasible.
You may stop using Memry at any time. If you want account data deleted, follow the process on the account-deletion page rather than only canceling billing.
Disclaimers and liability
Memry is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect extraction accuracy, or that every message will be processed successfully.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memry and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
