Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free includes a private household inbox, up to 30 AI-processed messages per month, basic extraction, and the shared weekly digest. No credit card required. If your household has more than ~1 important-email message per day, Plus is a better fit.
How does the 14-day Plus trial work?
Start the trial from sign-up or from any Plus CTA. You get full Plus capabilities for 14 days. If you do not convert, you keep the Free tier automatically — no surprise charges.
Do you charge per household member?
No. Plus is one flat price per household regardless of how many people you invite. Adding a co-parent, nanny, or grandparent does not increase the bill.
What happens if I cancel Plus?
You keep access until the end of the current billing period and then fall back to Free. Your structured events, tasks, and digests stay readable; Free limits apply to new incoming email.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. The annual Plus plan is $79/year on the web — about 27% off monthly. Mobile in-app subscriptions may differ slightly based on App Store and Play Store pricing.
Is my forwarded email used to train AI models?
No. Memry does not hand forwarded household email or extracted attachment text to AI providers for model training. See the Privacy page for the full processor list and retention windows.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Web checkout is handled by Stripe (card and supported local methods). Mobile subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play and are managed from the device.
